Resources Connection grows its Supply Chain Management Practice in Los Angeles

Dave Pedersen was named Director of Client Service for the Los Angeles Supply Chain Management Practice at Resources Connection. Dave comes to Resources with fourteen years of accomplishments in Supply Chain Management and General Management. His principal tasks in the coming months will be promoting this highly successful business model and building an exceptional team of Supply Chain professionals to serve the Los Angeles based clients through Resources Connections’ unique and successful approach.

During a stint in the steel distribution industry, Dave worked for Crest Steel and Macsteel. While at these privately held companies, Dave had P&L responsibility for product lines that supplied California’s growing construction industry as well as dozens of manufacturers and distributors throughout the Western United States and Northern Mexico. During this time, he supervised numerous sales professionals and coached them in pricing and account planning/development. He also provided critical leadership to operational and manufacturing staff and to business development opportunities.
